As soon as the individual/ordering facility has complete trip information. We will make every attempt to provide last minute transportation, and usually same day trips can be accommodated. Trips can be scheduled up to a year in
advance.

By law, all insurance carriers must pay for emergency ambulance services; however, not all cover non-emergency service. Most private insurance will cover non-emergency ambulance service if the benefit exists in the subscriber's plan. Healthcare providers can assist in obtaining prior authorization for such benefits. Very few insurance carriers cover wheelchair or car service benefits.
